Public Review Draft : The City of Corning released the Public Review Draft of its 2024-2029 Housing Element on July 3, 2024. Click here to review. Your input is important! Please submit any questions or comments on this draft by the end of July. After this public review period, the City will submit the draft to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for its initial 90-day review. Revised drafts will be posted on this website for additional public review.
