  1. Adopt Resolution 10-24-2023-01, a Resolution finding that the issuance of a Liquor license to Jaime Lopez for his business at 1223 Solano Street is a “Public Convenience or Necessity”.

 

  1. Authorize City Staff to assume operations and rental scheduling for the Rodgers Theater and approve new Rental Policy, Rental Agreement, and proposed new Rental Fees.

 

  1. Approve proposed Police Officer Lateral Stipend Conditions and Agreement for a $25,000 Lateral Stipend for two Police Officer positions.
