PUBLIC COMMENTS AND BUSINESS FROM THE FLOOR: If there is anyone in the audience wishing to speak on items not already set on the agenda, please come to the podium, and briefly identify the matter. To ensure that all members of the public have an equal opportunity to address the City Council, public comments during the designated comment period will be limited to three (3) minutes per speaker. Council will then determine if such matter will be placed on the agenda for this meeting, scheduled for a subsequent meeting, or recommend other appropriate action.

CONSENT AGENDA: It is recommended that items listed on the Consent Agenda be acted on simultaneously unless a Councilmember or members of the audience request separate discussion and/or action.

1. Waive reading, except by title, of any Ordinance under consideration at this meeting for either introduction or passage, per Government Code Section 36934.
2. Waive the reading and approve the Minutes of May 27, 2025, regular and closed session City Council meeting with any necessary corrections.
3. June 4, 2025, Claim Warrant in the amount of $ 95,630.34

5. May 2025 Treasurer’s Report
6. May 2025 Wages & Salaries: $697,449.17
7. May 2025 Building Permit Valuation Report in the amount of $535,129
8. May 2025 City of Corning Wastewater Operations Summary Report.
9. Adopt Ordinance No. 714 designating fire hazard severity zones in the City of Corning (2^nd reading & adoption)
10. Adopt Ordinance No. 713 and Ordinance adopting a zoning code update in conjunction with the 7^th Cycle Housing Element. (2^nd reading & adoption)

1. Adopt Resolution No. 06-10-2025-01, a Resolution implementing Assembly Bill 2561-notice of job vacancies.
