- Proclamation: Child Abuse Prevention Month. Present to accept the Proclamation will be Holly Rhoads, Program Manager for Early Learning Programs and Services.
- Proclamation: Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Present to accept the Proclamation will be Susana Reyes, Empower Tehama Bilingual Legal Advocate.
PUBLIC COMMENTS AND BUSINESS FROM THE FLOOR: If there is anyone in the audience wishing to speak on items not already set on the agenda, please come to the podium, and briefly identify the matter. To ensure that all members of the public have an equal opportunity to address the City Council, public comments during the designated comment period will be limited to three (3) minutes per speaker. Council will then determine if such matter will be placed on the agenda for this meeting, scheduled for a subsequent meeting, or recommend other appropriate action.

- Approve appointment of Vickie Linnet to fill one of the two vacancies on the city’s Library Commission and withdraw Sandy Sehorn’s resignation letter.
- Award bid for the Tehama Street Rehabilitation Project to VSS International in the amount of $453,211
- Adopt Resolution No. 04-08-2025-01 a Resolution finding that the issuance of a liquor license to The Vault located at 1124 Solano St. is a “public convenience or necessity”
- Accept the Notice of Completion and authorize release of retention funds to Four Seasons Roofing for the Transportation Center Roof Project.
- Approve Task Order No. 8 under Engineering Contract 208-07 for the 2024/2025 street projects on Toomes & Loleta Ave. in the amount of $44,194 to Northstar Engineering for City Engineer/Surveyor Services
