9. Request Council Approval to Pay Progress Pay Estimate No. 3 on the Toomes Bridge Replacement Project in the amount of $48,434.40 to R. L. Davis Construction Company, Inc.
10. Authorization to Award Bid for purchase of one new/used Police Detective Vehicle.
11. Award Bid for Trimming City Trees on the Southeast Side of the City to Bill's Tree Service.
12. New Business License Report.
13. ECO Resources, Inc. Wastewater Operation Summary Report, October, 2001.
