The Council will then determine if such matter will be placed on the Agenda for this meeting, scheduled for a subsequent meeting, or recommend other appropriate action. 1. Waive reading, except by title, of any Ordinance under consideration at this meeting for either introduction or passage, per Government Code Section 36934.

2. Waive the Reading and Approve the Minutes of March 1 and 6, 2000, with any necessary corrections. 

3. Claim Warrant, May 9, 2000 - $213,617.13.

4. Wages and Salaries for the Month of April, 2000 -$134,294.02.

5. Building Permits for the Month of April, 2000 -$1,078,470.00.

6. Appointment of the Downtown Facade Loan Committee Members for the Downtown Facade Improvement Program.

7. Permission to Seek Price Quotes for a Used Tractor/Scraper.

8. New Business License Report.

9. ECO Resources, Inc. Wastewater Operation Summary Report, April, 2000.
